
明目美顏蘿蔔糕
新年快到,菜園的白蘿蔔長得又大又甜,剛趕得及上市;店裡剛來了一批有機杞籽和果仁,今年有材料造個蘿蔔糕應節了。
白蘿蔔5斤(3000克)、粘米粉1斤(600克)、松子仁50克、杞籽20克、巴西果仁50克、白芝麻20克、海鹽、原蔗糖、胡椒粉、橄欖油適量。
白蘿蔔洗淨去皮磨絲,巴西果仁打碎,芝麻白鑊烘香。
磨蘿蔔絲時流出來的蘿蔔汁留下來開粘米粉糊。
熱獲下油,把蘿蔔絲炒一會,加適量蔗糖、胡椒粉調味,中火煮20-30分鐘,熄火,加入海鹽、果仁碎和松子之後,慢慢倒粘米粉糊落鑊,一邊倒一邊攪,攪勻後將製成品倒進盆中鋪平,糕面灑上杞籽,最後把蘿蔔糕隔水蒸約45-60分鐘,用竹籤或筷子刺入中心,拔出來時不沾糕,灑上白芝麻便成。

有機果仁和芝麻裡面的植物油最天然純正,是令你的皮膚潤滑的最佳食材。
有機杞籽是風乾枸杞果實(坊間的杞籽一般用硫磺薰過,多吃無益),養肝補腎,多吃明目有益。
我個人喜愛把蘿蔔糕在寒冷的氣溫裡放一個晚上,第二用橄欖油煎香吃。
生機店客人提議可以放點紅蘿蔔粒、冬菇粒及少許香蔥更佳。09Am.施姐姐
Turnip Cake
Tips for our ladies:
The vegetable oil found in the organic nuts and sesame is the most natural of all, and it is also a kind of food most nourishing for your skin.
As it is so cold these days, there is no need to put the turnip cake into the fridge, just let it sit at room temperature overnight. This is a method that I use quite often. Pan fry the slices of turnip cake with some olive oil the next day. It is really yummy!!

甜酸菜頭
白蘿蔔500克刨皮約100克、糖1/4杯、醋1/4杯
把白蘿蔔皮、糖、醋放入清潔的玻璃瓶,蓋好搖勻,存放24小時後,把醃好的白蘿蔔皮取出,放入另一玻璃瓶內,蓋好,存放在陰涼處兩天後,便成最皆打邊爐佐料。 07Lz.WD
Sweet and sour turnips
White turnip 500g (about 100g of which is to be peeled), sugar 1/4cup, vinegar 1/4cup. Put the turnip peel, sugar, vinegar into a clean glass container. Tighten the lid and shake well. Let it stay there for 24 hours. Transfer the marinated white turnip peel to another glass container. Close the lid and let it stay in a cool dry place for 2 days. 冬天農家菜
今早到田間幫手摘車厘茄,突然聞到陣陣香味,原來是農夫姐姐正在準備她的午飯。

白蘿蔔500克、香蔥1棵、臘腸1條,薑、油、鹽、糖各適量。
蘿蔔洗淨切薄片、香蔥切段、薑切片,臘腸切片先蒸。
油、鹽、薑起鑊,待薑片爆香後,放入蘿蔔煮,煮一會隨即放進臘腸及蔥段,焗數分鐘即可上碟,成為一道正宗農家菜。 07Lz.農夫姐姐
Farmer’s dish for winter days
I helped out at the vegetable field this morning with picking cherry tomatoes when all of a sudden I smelled something really good. Guess what? Our farm lady was preparing her lunch.
In no time, I had a small bit of the food that she cooked and even took a photo of it for sharing with you.
Wash the turnip and cut into thin slices. Cut the green onion and ginger into segments and thin slices respectively. For the Chinese sausage, cut it into thin slices and steam them beforehand. Sauté oil, salt and ginger in the wok. Once you can smell the fragrance of the ginger, put in the turnip as well. After cooking for some time, quickly add the Chinese sausage and green onion. Simmer for a few minutes and dish up. Here comes an indigenous farmhouse dish for winter days.感謝蔡小姐翻譯
